YouthBank monitoring (for successful applicants)

Any group that has been succesful in its application to YouthBank MUST complete a monitoring form each quarter until all expenditure has been accounted for and your group has demonstrated the difference the YouthBank funding has made to your project.

Please note that young people must be involved in the monitoring process and all monitoring must be completed within six months of receiving your grant
