Ordsall Hall is now closed for two years until 2011.
Whilst it is sad that this magnificent building has to close for a while, there are exciting times ahead as there are plans in place to make it a bigger and better visitor experience for all the family.
A major restoration and development project commenced in spring 2009. Plans have been drawn up around the landscape, audience development activities and the restored Hall's room layout and exhibition design.
