Customer Survey Feedback
A recent survey of Fit City users revealed that 96% are satisfied with the service provided.
A total of 817 users at Salford Community Leisure’s (SCL’s) eleven facilities completed a customer survey during September and October 2007.
Key findings from the survey revealed:
- Users at Fit City Ordsall are the most satisfied
- 82% of users rated the standard of information displayed in the centre as ‘excellent’ or ‘good’
- The majority of users read the notice boards within the facilities
Customer priorities:
To help ensure SCL provide customers and community members with the opportunity to contribute to the organisations annual priorities, the survey asked respondents for their top 3 priorities for SCL or the facility. Nearly all respondents answered in relation to the facility they visit and their responses can be found in the individual facility reports. (For facility reports, please contact Samantha Foster on 0161 778 0360 or email samantha.foster@salford.gov.uk.)
If you would like to provide some feedback in relation to a specific Fit City facility or Salford Community Leisure please complete a Points of View card which are available in all Fit City facilities or email samantha.foster@salford.gov.uk.
