An ideal course for the thrill seeker in you! Powerboating is exhilarating and fun. We are pleased to offer first class training in the handling of powerboats. This hands on course covers all the supporting theory needed, equipping you with the skills and confidence required to handle powerboats on inland waters.
Powerboating - RYA Powerboat Level 2: Price £100.00
This exciting course provides a sound introduction to boat handling and the associated background knowledge needed by the competent powerboat driver. The course covers skills such as anchoring, man over board drill and high speed driving. No previous experience necessary.

Powerboating - RYA Safetyboat Course: Price £100
This course provides the skills required when acting as an escort craft, safety boat or coach boat for a fleet of dinghies, windsurfers or canoes. Ideal for potential instructors, coaches or watersports club members. It is a pre-requisite that candidates must hold the RYA Powerboat Level 2 certificate.

Powerboating Experience:
Price £25 per hour (Salford Residents) £30 per hour (Non Salford Residents)
Experience the thrills and spills of driving a high-speed powerboat. Your session will start with a brief familiarisation ride with your instructor at the controls. Then when you are feeling confident you will be able to take the wheel yourself and push the boat to its limits. This breathtaking experience is the ideal birthday present for any thrill seeker. Prices are per person. Please contact the centre to discuss a suitable time and date.
Powerboating refresher training:
Price £20 per hour (Salford Residents) £25 per hour (Non Salford Residents)
This training is ideal for anyone who has completed the RYA Powerboat Level 2 course and is looking for some driving experience before moving onto the next level. Or maybe, you completed the course a while ago and could do with some refresher training. Prices are per person. Please contact the centre to discuss a suitable time and date.
