Adult Windsurfing Courses
Salford Quays provides the perfect environment for learning the basic introductory skills of Windsurfing. Your instructor will guide you through the different aspects of your course. Modern up to date equipment is used including the latest rigs and boards from Hi-Fly. Salford Watersports Centre can offer the RYA Start Windsurfing and RYA Intermediate (Non Planing). Also available is 1 to 1 tuition.
Windsurfing - Introduction to Windsurfing: Price £20.00
Why not have a go at Windsurfing in a safe and fun environment. This intro will give you the opportunity to see what Windsurfing is all about.

Windsurfing - RYA Start Windsurfing: Price £65.00
At Salford Quays we can offer you the ideal learning environment for the exciting sport of Windsurfing. This course is suitable for absolute beginners and those who have already tried the sport. By the end of the course you should be able to steer around a course and sail the board confidently.

Windsurfing - RYA Intermediate (Non Planing): Price £75.00
This is the natural progression from the ‘Start Windsurfing’ course. You will look at sailing with a better stance, as well as being introduced to; harness work, improving your tacking and mastering the non-planing carve gybe.
