Here you will find the following documents that you may require when booking your activities, or before you attend sessions at Salford Watersports Centre.
All the forms can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
Course booking form
To book onto your course return this form with full payment for your course. (for group bookings do not use this form. Please contact the centre for group bookings).
Personal equipment list
This is a list of what you will need to bring with you on your visit to the watersports centre.
Group information pack
This pack contains all the forms you will need to give out to your group before attending. Each member of the group must complete a personal information form which is included in this pack before they can commence activities. Also included is a map of how to find us, and a group activity register so that you can split your whole group into relevant activity groups before you arrive.
Personal information form
Any person coming as an individual (ie not with a group) must complete a copy of this form before their first visit of the year. We must have a completed signed and up to date copy of this form before any person can take part in activities.
Open water swim registration form
All open water swimmers must complete and return a copy of this form before attending the open water swim. Registration will not take place on a Thursday evening so pre registration is essential.
