Mobile Information Centre

‘The Mobile Information Centre is coming to a place near you’
Would you like information, advice and a library service on your doorstep?
Look out for the Mobile Information Centre (MIC) in your neighbourhood.
MIC can be accessed by everyone. You can come on board yourself and meet our trained advisors or we can visit you in your own home if you find it difficult to get out and about.
MIC can help with all sorts of council issues from housing to refuse, street-lighting to anti-social behaviour. We can also provide support on health, pensions, community safety and much more. In addition, MIC customers can borrow books and talking books, find out about their nearest library, or learn more about the books@home service. Or you can just call in for a sit down, a chat and a look around!
MIC visits all kinds of locations across Salford, from supermarkets to community centres to residents’ homes.
