Salford's 'Most Haunted' on Living TV

There's something strange in the neighbourhood - things that go bump in the night have been the focus for Ordsall Hall Museum recently as a number of ghostly goings-on have brought the afterlife into the present day!

In July 2004 the crew from the hit Living TV show, Most Haunted, investigated the hall's haunted reputation.

As part of the fifth series, Yvette Fielding, Derek Acorah and the rest of the gang visited Ireland and Holland to spread their search forevidence of paranormal activity further afield. The lure of Ordsall Hall's spirits enticed them back over to Britain where the team spent 24 hours searching for Salford-based spooks.

What did they discover? There were reports of moving tables, ghostly noises and crew being touched by unseen hands.

If you're not already hiding behind your sofa at the thought of all things paranormal, why not check out our world famous ghostcam?. It is located at www.salford.gov.uk/ghostcam.

Visitors from around the globe logged onto the ghostcam in the past to try and capture the White Lady or the vision of a little girl often seen around the balcony area. So, if you're brave enough, log on and look out for anything out of the ordinary.
