Friends of Kersal Dale

The Friends of Kersal Dale aim to conserve and develop the plants and wildlife of the area to make it a valuable place for the people of Salford to enjoy.
The group achieves this in partnership with Salford City Council in a number of ways.
These include:
- Practical conservation tasks
- Community clean-ups
- Raising funds
- Projects
- Promoting the site
- Preparing the site to become a Local Nature Reserve
- Supporting events and activities
Regular meetings are held by the group and its management committee to discuss new ideas on how to achieve their aims. If you would like to find out more or become a Friend of Kersal Dale please contact the Local Nature Reserves Officer on 607 1759.
