How to get involved
The council is working hard to create opportunities for community involvement and will listen carefully to comments from a wide range of groups and individuals.
The feedback it receives will directly contribute towards the Parks for People funding bid and help to shape the long-term future of the park.
Over the last few months, several thousand questionnaires have been sent out across the city and a number of workshops held with stakeholders, schools and user groups. This has helped to inform the draft masterplan and we welcome your comments on the proposals so far.

This is the sort of news that the Heritage Lottery Fund need to see to demonstrate how important the park is to its community and how much it is valued.
