Quaker Bridge Play Area
Following consultation with local people the council are proposing to create a play and kickabout area at Quaker Bridge. The equipment has been selected for use by older children.
Two outline proposals have been produced - which one do you prefer?
Proposal one - play equipment included:
- Metro Access Swing
- Roplay Hockenheim 3
- Roplay 20m Cable ride
- Roplay O’ Tannebaum (Christmas Tree)
- Spiderkid Dolomede
- VIP Swing
Proposal two - play equipment included:
- Special Storm 'Mistral' Multi-Play System
- Electro 'Rock' Multi-Play System
- Pendulum Swing with Basket Seat
- 2.4m High Rota-Web Climber
- Double Arch Swing
- Flying Saucer
Please send your comments and feedback to the address below by no later than the 31st October 2007. Once all the comments have been received the most popular proposal will be developed into a Sketch Scheme. This will be published on this site whilst the council seeks planning approval to proceed with developing the play area. If approval is given the new play area will be built next year.
