Schools' library service
The Schools' library service provides information and children's book resources to teachers working within Salford. Items that can be borrowed include:
- Project loans of 25 books to support National Curriculum topics
- Sets of six group readers
- Large format books
- Class reader sets
- Author boxes
- Fiction
- Poetry
- Books for early years
The service also provides advice on library development to all schools in Salford.

You can also download our latest 'Resources list' (updated every half-term), which gives details of our collections of class readers, mini class readers, guided readers, big books and author boxes.
