Cooling tower notification

The Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers Regulations 1992 requires companies where cooling towers or evaporative condensers are situated to notify the local authority.

Under these regulations all companies need to provide to their local authority details of where the notifiable plant is located, the person in control of those premises, the number of devices at the premises and their approximate location.
