Licensing Authority Policy Statement (England and Wales) regulations 2006

Salford City Council has published its Statement of Principles issued under Section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005.

The local authority must renew and review the Gambling Statement of Principles every three years. The revised Statement of Principles will have effect from 31 January 2010.

The document can also be inspected between 9.00am and 4.00pm by prior arrangement, at the Licensing Section, Turnpike House, 631 Eccles New Road, Salford M50 1SW.
