Community Safety

Salford City Council is dedicated to making Salford a better place to work and live. The council has a Community Safety Team who are involved in many local and community projects that will make Salford safer. Two of these projects are:

Victims of Crime

Being a victim of crime can be a very traumatic experience - you may feel you need support to help you cope with the effect the crime has had on you. Victim Support is an independent national charity that offers advice and support to Victims of Crime, whether you have reported the incident or not.

Domestic Violence

Domestic Violence can happen in any relationship, whether you are a man, woman or child and whether the relationship is heterosexual, gay/lesbian, or child/parent. Discrimination and Racial Abuse
