Background

From 27 October 2008 employment & support allowance replaces incapacity benefit and income support paid on the grounds of incapacity for all new claimants.  Existing claimants are expected to transfer to ESA over the next five years. This new and exciting course will bring you up to date with all the changes and help you gain an insight into how ESA fits into the current benefits system.
