Books of Remembrance
The books of remembrance are situated in a private room at both crematoria. A page is provided for each day of the year.
The book is open daily on the appropriate page but the attendant is able to turn the pages to another date if this is requested.
Book of Remembrance viewing hours:-
Monday – Thursday 8.30 am to 4.45 pm and Friday 8.00 am to 3.45 pm
Bank holidays, Saturday & Sundays 10.00 am. to 2.00 pm

Memorial cards It is possible to have copies of the inscription as it appears in the book of remembrance. These are suitable as a personal keepsake or to send to family or friends that live a distance away. |

Flower vase with plaque: A pot vase with an aluminium insert for placing cut flowers is available to be leased over a five year period and is placed on a patio in the sunken garden. The vase is personalised with a small plaque, allowing up to 50 letters to commemorate your loved one. |

Slate memorial plaques: A slate memorial plaque may be leased over a ten-year period. these plaques are secured to the outer wall in the sunken garden. Up to 60 letters may be inscribed on the plaque to remember your loved one. |

|
Memorial plaques: A metal plaque may be leased over a 10 year period to commemorate your loved one. This plaque is positioned within the garden of remembrance. Up to 75 letters can be used for your personalised inscription. |

Cremated remains burial plots: An area has been set aside at both Agecroft and Peel Green cemeteries for families to purchase a grave which will allow caskets of cremated remains to be buried privately. A small memorial may be erected at the head of the grave to commemorate your loved one. |

Commemorative Rose Bushes: Standard rose trees have been planted within the rose beds throughout the Gardens of Remembrance which are adjacent to the crematorium chapel. They may be dedicated for a period of 5 years. Each rose tree is marked with a commemorative metal plaque which can be inscribed with up to 100 letters. |

Opening Hours
The cemetery offices are open each week day at the following times:-
Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 12.30 pm and 1.15 pm to 4.30 pm
The main cemetery gates are open all year between 8.00 am & 4.30 pm each weekday. On Saturdays and Sundays the gates are open between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm
