Deed Poll: Where can I get a copy of a deed poll?
For a copy of a deed poll you should apply to the solicitor who processed it. If the solicitor is not known to you, and the deed poll was made within the last five years, you should contact the Department for Constitutional Affairs in London:

Divorce: Where can I get a copy of a decree absolute?
For a copy of a decree absolute you should apply to the court where the divorce was processed. For Salford you should contact Salford County Court:
