Advice sessions
The Salford Direct Advice Team will provide help and advice on your council tax, council tax benefit and housing benefit concerns. In addition, they can now verify the documentation in support of your application to be a Matron or Chaperone for a child working in the entertainment industry, or your application for Free School Meals.
Drop in sessions for free school meal applications and matron/chaperone licence applications are initially available at Unity House only. In addition, we can now book you an appointment at any of the venues listed below, or you can drop in at Cadishead Library, Broadwalk Library, Broughton Library or the PALS office at Hope Hospital and contact us via TellyTalk
For Benefit and Council Tax Enquiries you can make an appointment to see one of our advisors at any of the offices listed below.
