New housing DVDs

Are you thinking about moving home now or in the future?

Would you like more information about what sort of housing is available for people with learning difficulties?

We have just put together two DVDs which tell you about two of our newest housing options.

symbol of extra care flats

  • Pennine Court is an extra care housing scheme for people with learning difficulties who are growing older and who need extra support.  People have their own flat, and there is a community room which can be used by everyone living at Pennine Court.

symbol of step forward flats

  • Step Forward housing is for people who want to live in their own flat in the community but still have support from staff to help them live independently.

The DVDs tell you more about Pennine Court and Step Forward, so you can think about whether you would like to live in this type of housing.  If you would like to see a copy of the DVD then you should contact the Learning Difficulty Service on 0161 607 6988.
