SCTP Aims and objectives
To raise the quality of social care provision within the city of Salford
To encourage all service providers to join the partnership, regardless of size/status, via an open membership and regular dissemination of developments to all providers
To assist all providers to meet national targets for achievement of training qualifications
To assist providers in raising the education and skill level of their staff, by making cost effective training opportunites available locally, and where appropriate on site through E-Learning
To have representation from all disciplines on the Steering Group to ensure inclusion.
