- Being open minded and creative in our approach to finding workforce development solutions which fit with the modernising social care sector

- Benchmarking with other partnerships
- Sharing/comparing best practice between partners
- Comparison of learning providers and the range of learning models to include e-learning and blended approaches
Compete
- Competitive benchmarking with other partnerships
- Asking questions. Does our activity offer value for money
- Considering competition in the context of fair employment
Consult
- Representation on the steering group from all disciplines
- Wherever possible seeking consultation opportunities from the wider group
- Regular clear communication with all partners about activity of the partnership
- Providing feedback opportunities and reviewing of initiatives
