How to join
If you are a social care organisation providing service for Salford residents, you can join the partnership at any time; it costs nothing and is an easy process. Organisations are asked to complete the partnership form below, which is only one side of A4 and gives basic information about the organisation.
Once we receive this form, we will then make contact with you to arrange a meeting to answer any of your queries, and advise how we can support your organisation. Alternatively, if you would just like further information, you can contact Jane Wright on 0161 603 4196.
