This NVQ is suitable for those who undertake administration related activities and is designed to reflect the work of administration staff across a wide range of settings and organisations. It is aimed at those people who are working with a high degree of autonomy and personal responsibility and are involved in developing, implementing and maintaining administrative services for customers and clients.

It is very important that candidates meet the above criteria, otherwise they will find generating evidence for this award extremely difficult and it should be noted that if a candidate withdraws or is withdrawn from this programme, the decision may have an organisational impact.
