NVQ Level 3 in business administration
This NVQ is suitable for those who undertake administration related activities and is designed to reflect the work of administration staff across a wide range of settings and organisations.
It is aimed at those people who are working with a high degree of autonomy and personal responsibility and are involved in developing, implementing and maintaining administrative services for customers and clients.
It is very important that candidates meet the above criteria, otherwise they will find generating evidence for this award extremely difficult and it should be noted that if a candidate withdraws from this programme, their organisation will be charged the full amount of the award.
The award consists of three mandatory units:
- Manage business and communication systems
- Monitor and maintain the business environment
- Develop self, others and organisation
Candidates will then be able to choose optional units that reflect their individual circumstances.
For staff who are able to generate appropriate evidence for this award: please either complete the application form and send via the submit button, or download and complete the form and return it to the Staff Development Section.
Your form will be emailed to sctp@salford.gov.uk
