NVQ Level 4 Registered managers award
The Award will cover the following key areas:
- Manage activities
- Manage people and other resources
- Manage information
- Manage quality.
And includes the following core units:
- Develop, maintain and evaluate systems and structures to promote the rights responsibilities and diversity of people
- Manage a service which meets the best possible outcomes for the individual
- Manage the use of financial resources
- Manage the performance of teams and individuals.
Applicants must be working as a manager, deputy or acting manager within their organisation/establishment.
