NVQ Level 4 Registered managers award

The Award will cover the following key areas:

  • Manage activities
  • Manage people and other resources
  • Manage information
  • Manage quality.

And includes the following core units:

  • Develop, maintain and evaluate systems and structures to promote the rights responsibilities and diversity of people
  • Manage a service which meets the best possible outcomes for the individual
  • Manage the use of financial resources
  • Manage the performance of teams and individuals.

Applicants must be working as a manager, deputy or acting manager within their organisation/establishment.

It is very important that candidates meet the above criteria, otherwise they will find generating evidence for this award extremely difficult and it should be noted that if a candidate withdraws or is withdrawn from this programme, the decision may have an organisational impact.

Has your organisation received funding via Salford Care Training Partnership for the Registered Managers award in the past
