Staff development award
For a member of staff who has achieved the greatest personal development over the year or for an outstanding contribution in enabling others to make great strides in their personal development.
The winner is:
Sharon Robinson
Sharon is a Senior Welfare Rights Officer and team leader who is described
as approachable, supporting and helpful. She encourages and enables her colleagues to develop
within their various roles whilst setting high standards for herself. Sharon demonstrates a Person Centered
approach to every aspect of her work.
