The winner is:
Judith Proctor
Judith has played an outstanding role in improving care standards in
the independent sector. She is totally committed to getting the best quality services and had had to
deal with some very difficult situations which put people at risk. She’s coordinated staff within the
council and other agencies to ensure no-one has been left without care and support during these difficult
situations.
