Housing Connections Partnership has been created to deliver a wide range of housing support services to residents and housing organisations across Salford and beyond.
Working in partnership with the housing providers, it will deliver the following services:

- Supported Tenancies
- Furnished Homes
- Sheltered Housing
- Mobile Warden Service
- Disabled Adaptations
- Anti-social Behaviour
- Housing Crime Reduction
- Housing Advice and Support
- Asylum Seekers Service
