Customer service charter
Salford City Council’s Housing and Planning Directorate is committed to ensuring high quality housing and planning services are delivered across the City.
To ensure we achieve this and continue to deliver improving services, the directorate has produced an initial set of standards known as Customer Service Standards, to run alongside the Corporate Customer Charter
These initial standards have been put in place so that customers know what level of service they can expect to receive from our directorate. Work is currently underway to develop standards for all of the services we deliver which will be published over a rolling programme throughout the following year.
