The Housing Market Renewal Programme in Central Salford is delivered operationally through a ground-breaking partnership between Salford City Council and Salix Homes our arms length housing management company.
Salix provide local support and advice to communities as their neighbourhoods are regenerated. The provision of new homes in these areas is in partnership with two lead Registered Social Landlords Great Places Housing Group , Contour Housing Group and Irwell Valley .
