Customer Satisfaction Survey
Following each visit made by the Housing Crime Reduction team, residents are given a customer satisfaction form and we request that they fill this out in order to assist us in improving our service Between April 2004 to August 2005 we have received 191 customer satisfaction forms. The results are as detailed below.
Customers were asked to rate various aspects of our service as either outstanding, better than expected, as expected, worse than expected or very poor, the results are as follows.
