Your opinion counts!
In order to make our case to the Government for Selective Landlord Licensing, we are required to provide evidence that the local residents support the introduction of the Licensing scheme and that the local community have been consulted. In order to consult with the Seedley and Langworthy community, two Questionnaires were designed, one for residents and one for landlords and managing agents and were delivered to the following:
- Every household within the proposed Selective Licensing area.
- The residents of surrounding streets
- Known Managing Agents who operate within the proposed area
- Known Landlords who let property within the proposed area
