Supporting People information
The Supporting People team is governed by a Core Strategy Group and Commissioning Body which consists of key partners, including:-
- The Probation Service
- The Primary Care Trust
- Health and Social Care
- Provider Representatives
- Service User Representatives
- Other departments within Salford City Council
Our joint vision statement is:
By working together in partnership we will promote people’s independence by commissioning good value and high quality housing related support services to help our most vulnerable people
