Making an application
Applying online
To apply online you will need to have an electronic copy of a Location Plan detailing the work to be undertaken, to a scale of not less than 1:1250, as we will ask you to send a copy during the application process.
Depending on the type of work you are undertaking please choose the relevant link below:

- Building Notice application (NB commercial and industrial development must be made by Full Plans Submission.)

Fees / Charges
Depending on the type of work you are undertaking different fees/charges will apply. To calculate the fee for your work please use the relevant fee tables using the links below (guidance notes are provided on each of the tables on how to calculate your fee):
- New Housing
- Domestic Extensions, Garages and Carports
- All other work
- Notes on Regularisation
- Window replacement
