Diane Watkin
After a day of food inspection and tasting as part of a Curry Chef competition she had organised, you'd think Diane Watkin would be sick of the sight of food.
But no - she and her colleagues are filmed on a night out together enjoying yet another curry!
Diane is the Senior Environmental Health Officer, and organises the annual competition to draw attention to and improve standards in local curry houses. She says: "Winners not only cook wonderful curries, but have high standards of health and safety and food hygiene."
She has been in the job for five years and enjoys the flexibility of being out and about, meeting lots of people and visiting different places.
"We often get people popping in to bring samples of smelly food they have just bought - chicken and prawns are the favourite. But the part of the job I really enjoy is when you've inspected a place and found some problems - and you return to find the owners have improved things, are really enthusiastic and can't wait to show you what they've done. It's really encouraging!"
