Can you still recycle using the old system?
Until your new blue and brown bins are delivered and the new service begins in your area, you can continue to recycle as you do now - using the green box and the sack for paper.
We will write to you about four weeks prior to the new service beginning in your area to inform you of your collection day and new service start date. You can also access our roll out timetable.
Can you still order an new recycling box?
Yes, if the new service hasn't started in your area yet, you can still order a new recycling box if your old one is damaged or if you need an extra box to recycle more. To mirror our new service we will now be issuing a brown box and a blue bag.
Please note: We no longer recycle carrier bags
