Road Hump Scheme: Phoebe Street, Salford Order 2008
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 90(A) and 90(C) and 90(D) of the Highways Act 1980 and the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999.
When the order comes into effect speed cushions and flat top plateaux will be placed in the length of road specified in the schedule below.
A copy of the proposed order, together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order, may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA between 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive.

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objections in writing to the City Solicitor, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA by the 28 February 2008 (quoting reference H/LH/SM/PD/RTO/2992).
