Temporary road closure: Various roads, Worsley Order 2008
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be the temporary closure of the highways stated in the schedule below.
The order is required to facilitate a St. Georges Day Parade and will commence on Sunday 27 April 2008 between the hours of 1.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. The alternative route for vehicles will be signed locally.
Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/LH/PD/RTT/3113).

Schedule
Sections of highway to be closed as and when required throughout the closure period:
- A575 Walkden Road from the A580 to Worsley Brow
- Greenleach Lane from its junction with Old Clough Lane to Walkden Road and Lumber Lane
