Community safety strategy
The Salford Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership have set a three year strategy to respond to the city's crime and disorder.
The Community Safety Strategy 2005-2008 has identified the following priorities:
- Reducing crime
- Effectively tackling anti-social behaviour together with the community
- Reducing the harm caused by drug and alcohol misuse
- Helping all our communities feel safer
