Get involved in your local community
There are eight Community Committees in Salford. Each one is made up of active residents and supported by a Neighbourhood Management Team made up of staff from Salford City Council, Greater Manchester Police and other organisations when necessary.
These Community Committees make decisions about the priorities for the neighbourhood and in turn, these affects what Salford City Council and other local organisations focus on.
You are invited to attend your local Community Committees to raise concerns and problems, including issues like anti-social behaviour that may be occurring in your area.
