Irlam & Cadishead

Welcome to the pages for the Irlam and Cadishead Neighourhood Area. Here you will find information about the neighbourhood, as well as current news, useful contacts, and opportunities for getting involved.
The neighbourhood area is made up of the wards of Irlam, and Cadishead. For statistical information about these wards see our ward profiles page.
The area is extremely varied - the northern half is moss land, enabling Irlam and Cadishead to have the largest farming community in Salford. The southern half is mainly residential, having its own major employment source based on the Northbank Industrial Estate.
