Loan boxes at Salford Museum and Art Gallery
Salford Museum offer an extensive loan box service for schools covering a wide variety of subjects, all of which are designed to support the teaching of the national curriculum history subjects.
Each box can be borrowed for up to two weeks at a time and must be booked in advance.
The boxes on offer are:
- Toys through time
- Victorian children
- The Tudors
- World War Two
- Air raid alert!
- At the Seaside
- Ancient Greeks
- The Romans
- Communications
- Vikings
- Victorian domestic life
- Mystery objects
