You are:
- over 70 years old
- earning £14,600 or less and receiving Working or Child Tax Credit
If you are a tenant of an accredited landlord, you may qualify for free loft and cavity wall insulation. Ask them to contact the Landlord Accreditation Scheme team for details.
Low cost home insulation
