Request form for the Mayor's attendance
If you are organising an event in Salford and would like the Mayor to attend please fill in the form below. Your request should be submitted as early as possible as the Mayor's engagement diary tends to fill up quickly.
When we have received your request we will always reply in writing and send you an engagement form to fill in.
