Meadowgate Estate Environmental Improvements
The Landscape Design Group, in conjunction with Engineering Design, designed the Meadowgate Estate Environmental Improvements scheme for Housing Services in 2001. It was administered on site in 2002 by Engineering Design.
The scheme included:
- Improvements to over 130 properties
- In-curtilage bitmac parking bays
- Parking areas/laybys for residents only parking
- Metal fencing
- Metal vehicle and pedestrian gates
- Street tree planting
The group provided the following services in delivering the scheme:
- Design
- Public consultation
- Planning application
- Contract administration
- Site supervision of landscape works
