Museum shop

The Salford Museum and Art Gallery shop offers products that reflect our collections and the changing social history of the city.

We stock:

• Local history books
• Heritage gifts
• Traditional toys
• Greeting cards
• Contemporary craft products, showcasing work by local designer-makers

In addition we stock items inspired by the changing exhibition programme.

All profits generated from the shop are re-invested to enable us to fund exhibitions and to provide additional support for our diverse programme of events.

Environmental policy

Wherever possible, we seek to work with local manufacturers and suppliers. All of the items we commission will be sustainably sourced and manufactured with a minimum of excess packaging. We are currently expanding our range of eco-friendly products and we endeavour to ensure that our suppliers have an environmental policy in line with our own.

All items featured on the shop pages can be purchased by mail order. Simply note the items you wish to buy and contact the Merchandising Officer:

• £2.00 - £4.99: £1.50
• £5.00 - £7.99: £2.00
• £8.00 - £9.99: £2.50
• £10.00 - £20.00: £3.00
• £20.00 and over: £5.00

Overseas postage rates are available on request.
