Off street parking place: Miverva House, Swinton Order 2010

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 32, 33, 34, 35, 35a, 35b, 35c and Part IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and by virtue of The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area)(City of Salford) Order 2001 (Statutory Instrument 2001, No 894).

When the order comes into effect an off street parking will be introduced as detailed in schedule A below.

The order will contain exceptions to permit waiting for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

A copy of the proposed order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at the Legal Section, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive.

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the Director of Engineering, Traffic Management and Control, 4th Floor, Emerson House, Albert Street, Eccles, M30 0TE by the 12 July 2010 (quoting reference TRO 1567).
