Outcomes Driving Commissioning Tool
This tool has been developed as part of the pilot with the Audit Commission.
The purpose of the tool is to identify individual children and young people's needs to help commissioners ascertain the most appropriate services.
The tool is useful in a number of situations, but Salford are being encouraged to use it to help determine future needs of children in care who require a placement move or who may be being considered at either the complex needs or access to care resource panels.
