Salford Heritage Outreach Service
Salford Heritage Service offers a range of outreach activities including walks, talks, slideshows, reminiscence resource loan service and reminiscence sessions.
Memories Matter - A new, free Reminiscence Resource Loans Service.
We aim to help care homes, residential homes, nursing homes, sheltered housing schemes and day care centres provide reminiscence sessions for their residents and clients. Available for loan are -
- Picture packs of objects
- Themed boxes of objects
- Travelling exhibitions
Heritage walks
The annual heritage walks programme offer an opportunity to exercise your body and mind and discover Salford's hidden history.
Talks and slideshows
We are developing a range of talks at the moment. Please contact the Outreach Officer with any enquires.
