Parent participation

Are you a parent or carer of a child or young person in Salford? Do you want to have a say and make a difference?

Children’s Services are really keen to work in partnership with you to plan and deliver services that you want and will use. There are many ways to do this in Salford, including Parent Forums at your local children’s centre, or Parent Councils at your child’s school.

Parents and carers take part in consultations, put their views forward and have the opportunity to question key people and give valuable feedback that helps to influence decision making and shape the services that are delivered for families in Salford.

If you would like to find out more contact your local sure start children's centre or your local school.
